Original small broadside printed on thick beige paper. No date, circa 1918. 8" x 10 1/4." Paper is very clean and intact overall but there is slight browning at the top and the corners are a bit bumped. This is a song card featuring fifteen songs and their lyrics for members of the Student Army Training Corps (SATC) at the University of Texas. In 1918, the University of Texas established the SATC in response to World War I. Students who were part of SATC were enlisted as SATC privates and received pay from the U.S. Army but did not see service because the war ended that year.. Poster.
